Boxing for Parkinsons

Box Clever and fight back is a structured, non-contact Boxing Exercise Training Programme. Providing specific moves, the classes are designed to help improve stiffness, power, strength , balance and agility.  Through developing cognitive processing, Boxing for Parkinsons is there to help battle against this neurological disorder.  Members and non-members are all welcome.

Fitness for Parkinsons

Chair based exercise for movement and mobility. Encouraging flexibility, range of movement and better posture.  The classes are designed for people with Parkinsons but is not exclusively so.  Anyone over who has experienced mobility issues, especially over 55+, these music led sessions are both uplifting and enjoyable.  Great for Brain and body movement.

What is Cheerleading? Cheerleading is a thrilling mix of gymnastics, performance, and dance. It takes athletic ability, strength, rhythm, and a whole lot of passion. All our classes are dynamic and engaging. We begin with some warmup games and stretches and then begin working on our skills (Jumps, arm motions, dance, tumbling, stunting, and chanting) Our coaches are BCA (British Cheerleading Association) trained and hold all the relevant qualifications to ensure that our high standards for safety are met and practiced.
