We Are Undefeatable

Being physical activity has numerous benefits for people regardless of ability, disability or long-term health condition. It can strengthen bones and muscles, it boosts mood and mental wellbeing, it can create opportunities to meet people and be part of a community.

We Are Undefeatable” is a movement supporting people with a range of long term health conditions, developed by 15 leading health and social care charities and backed by expertise, insight and significant National Lottery funding from Sport England. Our purpose is to support and encourage finding ways to be active that work for you and your health condition.

Being Undefeatable is understanding that how you feel can change from day-to-day, that everybody’s situation is unique, and that moving more when you can is just as important as accepting when you can’t. We believe that every achievement, no matter how small it might seem to someone else, is worth celebrating.

When you’re managing a health condition, being active is about finding what works for you. This can include ways to move that many people don’t realise count.

Visit the We Are Undefeatable website to find ways to move that might suit you depending on how you’re feeling, where or how you like to move, and more.
